St. George Hills Paphos

We have removed the information relating to holiday letting of St. George Hills apartments until further notice. A number of you had contacted us previously requesting information and we will be emailing you directly.

The reason we have decided not to promote our services relate to several factors:

1. We recently visited the site to ascertain the current build situation (and have included a number of photographs). The holiday letting season starts in early January and ramps up quickly. To promote a facility honestly to visitors requires a completely finished complex to a high standard and it is fairly clear that the whole development will not be completed in the near future, or at least for the coming season. As you can see from the photographs the various phases are at radically different levels of completion.

2. We have also been made aware that the developer will be managing the complex to the exclusion of others (unless approved) and taken on a marketing company to support the bookings. Individual owners, with whom we contract may find that our services may not permitted and any management partners excluded.

Please note that the photographs are of various parts of the complex and we merely took these as a means of determining the current situation for our own purposes.
